At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our natural wool and patterns. If your order is not quite right, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive your authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items, including all original labels and packaging, securely into a shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our warehouse in France using a tracked shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
